We are pleased to finally be able to offer our out of town friends online shopping. Please check this page for information on our policies and procedures, which may change from time to time without notice.

Shipping: All paid orders will be shipped within two business days. Shipping costs are added automatically in the cart and cannot be modified by the customer. **If you wish to purchase items online and pick them up please email us with specifics as to items, colours, scents, quantities as they apply and we will gladly send you an invoice through Paypal and ready your order for pickup. **
Orders will be shipped either through Canada Post or a carrier of our choosing. We will send them the quickest method possible for the cost but delivery time is completely out of our hands once the package leaves the store. When your order is shipped you will be notified and provided with a tracking number if applicable.

Returns: will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances. Shipping charges are not refundable in any case. Please contact us before returning any merchandise and we will respond as quickly as possible. Our email is checked at least daily if not more frequently.

Security: we do not receive any of your credit card or banking information. It is all handled on Paypal's secure server and we receive payment from them. Paypal is free for buyers and is one of the oldest and most recognized online payment providers. Any personal information we receive (such as email addresses and mailing addresses) are kept by us solely for our own use and never given out.

Requests/Special Orders: If there is a particular item you are looking for or you know we keep in stock that is not listed on our shopping pages we will gladly accept orders or inquiries by email phone or fax and invoice you through Paypal. If you see something on the website that caught your eye send us off an email and see if there are any available for purchase. We have always been known for and proud of our customer service so please don't hesitate to send in a request. We will try to respond as quickly as possible to all questions.
