This is where you will find important information such as return policies, our loyalty program, etc.
Returns: We will gladly accept returns on any item purchased in our store for up to fourteen days provided you have the original cash register receipt, and the item is in the original packaging. There are two important exceptions to this rule as follows:
Discounted merchandise is final sale and will not be accepted for return even with a receipt.
Glass items. We will not be held responsible for glass items once they leave the store and they are not returnable due to cracks or breakage. Every glass item we sell is inspected and wrapped at the time of purchase for this reason. If there is a flaw in a glass item you are looking to purchase it will be handled in the store as the situation calls for.

Loyalty Program: Our customer loyalty program is set up so that with every five dollars you spend with us (before tax) you earn one point. When you accumulate fifty points you may redeem them for ten dollars off your next purchase. After you initially sign up there is nothing to keep track of and no cards or papers to lose. The points are kept track of in our computer and they never expire. You may ask at any time to find out what your total is as well. How could it be any easier??

Donation requests: Maryann's Gifts has proudly supported many, many charitable causes over the years, including our own Charity Angel program. We receive dozens of requests for donations every month and we simply ask that the request be presented in person at the store. We have been receiving requests via email but we also have a form that must be filled out along with the request and it must be done in person. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
